• Vessel information — vessel names, MMSI numbers, and photos you upload.
• Voyage data — GPS tracks, dates, distances, fuel records, and notes you log.
• Usage data — how you interact with the service, including pages viewed and features used.

We also receive data automatically from AIS tracking integrations if you have connected a tracker to your account.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the FomoFleet service.
• Send notifications and alerts you have configured (email and SMS).
• Generate voyage summaries, statistics, and reports.
• Improve and develop the service.
• Communicate with you about your account or the service.

• Public fleet pages — if you choose to make a fleet page public, that fleet's voyage data will be visible to anyone with the link.
• Service providers — we use third-party services to operate FomoFleet (hosting, email delivery, mapping). These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings. You can also download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account from the Personal Data section of your account settings. Deleting your account removes all associated voyage and vessel data permanently.

FomoFleet uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
